True Accrumance operates as a digital finance information service. It offers live crypto-market information, independent commentary, selected news, organised learning materials and an affiliate access scheme. True Accrumance is not a broker, does not hold digital assets and does not place trades for users. Material on the platform is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and does not amount to an invitation or offer to purchase or sell any digital asset.

Certain tools require an account containing complete, accurate and current details. You must protect your login information and accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account. Site materials, including written content, visual design, branding, software, dashboards and analysis, are protected by intellectual-property rights owned by True Accrumance or its licensors. Account holders receive a restricted, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the service for personal research or, where relevant, professional research. Affiliate participants receive a further permission to reuse specifically approved content assets in accordance with the affiliate agreement.
The platform is supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, True Accrumance excludes all warranties and accepts no responsibility for losses caused by crypto-market movements, decisions made from informational material or technical problems beyond our reasonable control. These Terms do not exclude or restrict liability where applicable law does not permit such exclusion or restriction.
These Terms may be revised periodically. The latest wording, together with its revision date, remains available on this page. For a significant amendment, we may contact registered users through the platform or via email. Continuing to use the platform once an amendment takes effect means you agree to the revised Terms.
